A roller shutter with various slat thicknesses can be used with a heavy duty industrial motors for large size dimensions over 13m wide and 10m high. In a situation where no other motorized equipment can be installed, roller shutter is a perfect choice considering dimensions, maintenance and cost.
Standard Characteristics
- Galvanized steel slats, ranging from 0.8mm to 1.2mm thickness
- Powder coating in accordance with ASTM A653
- Secured with nylon or iron end locks on alternate slats to maintain slat alignment and prevent wear
- Final coating can be done in different RAL colors
- Side tracks made of galvanized steel helps the roller shutter to remain in its position
- Side security lock latches on lower end of slat profile are locked at the bottom of these guide rails
- Manual chain hoist for manual operation in case of power failure/ motor damage ect.
