Loading dock bumpers, also called safety/ rubber bumpers, are used to prevent damage to docking equipment and building when a vehicle comes at docking station to connect the truck bed with dock, and while the vehicle is being loaded/ unloaded at loading bay.

Steel wheel guides installed at docking stations are used to guide an incoming driver to stop the vehicle exactly at the face of docking equipment. This leads to prevention from any unfortunate accident during loading/ unloading process in case if the truck bed is not at right docking position.
